Midwest Barefooters, Allie Jameson and Andrew Martin, receive National recognition.
Allie Jameson was awarded the JRO Spirit Award at the 2008 Lake Elmo Sports National Championships. The MBA cannot think of anyone more deserving of this award. Allie has been skiing tournaments since 2004. The MBA is very fortunate that Allie is an integral part of the club. Her willingness to help out in whatever capacity is needed is a huge asset to the club. Thank you Allie and congratulations. Andrew Martin was awarded the Jennifer Odom/Dave Kammerer Memorial Scholarship at the 2008 Lake Elmo Sports National Championships. Andrew has been the Chief Videographer at the Midwest Regional since 2005 and has served as Chief Video at Nationals the past 2 years. Anyone that has been at the past 2 Nationals has surely seen Andrew as he is one of the first Officials on site and usually one of the last to leave. As hard as Andrew works there is no doubt that he will succeed at his educational goals and beyond. Congratulations Andrew.
